This privacy policy applies to the MyTravelBill app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Gleyzes (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important updates, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information (e.g. email address, name, or identifiers related to collaborative groups). This information will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this privacy policy.

Voice Input and AI Processing

The Application offers an optional voice input feature that allows you to create expenses using speech. When using this feature:

• Your audio recording is transmitted to OpenAI’s APIs for transcription and suggestion purposes.
• Audio data is processed only for the purpose of generating text and is not stored permanently on our servers.
• Suggested text is provided as a convenience; you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any expense created.
