Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the MyTravelBill mobile application (the "Application") operated by Gleyzes ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

Use of the Application

• The Application is provided for personal and group expense tracking while traveling.
• You may use the Application either individually or collaboratively with other users.
• You agree not to misuse the Application, including (but not limited to) attempts to disrupt service, gain unauthorized access to data, or use the Application for illegal activities.

User Accounts

• Some features of the Application may require you to create an account or provide personal information (such as email address).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Data and Collaboration

• In collaborative mode, certain information you provide (such as expenses, notes, or participant identifiers) may be visible to other members of the same group.
• You retain ownership of the data you create in the Application. By using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to process and store your data for the purpose of operating the service.
• All data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (AWS / Ireland) and processed through servers hosted on Hetzner (Germany, EU).
